Ideal Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Piraeus

I stayed for a month for work. I thank Katerina, the blonde girl who works the afternoon shift, I felt at home, she cuddles you and helps you as if it were her problem. I thought she was the owner because she takes care of the people in the hotel as if it were her own, putting her heart and smile into it every day. I would say that the hotel would be a 5 star luxury only thanks to her because she is really sincere in helping you and always smiling. I found the breakfast girl Francesca very pure and smiling. The only lady in that hotel who is not right is the morning lady, she has the same name as the afternoon girl but she seems like another person, she never smiles, she always scolds you, she is really scary as a person.even though she is a veteran of that hotel she has no empathy towards people, for example one day I was late for work and I wanted to put half of the toast in my bag to eat it later. But she told me that it can't be done and I had to leave the toast which they surely then threw in the trash.so if the owner were to read my comment i hope he would highlight people who smile...

I stayed here on & off for 5 nights during a ferry hopping trip to Greece; so 2 nights here, one night there & so on with a day room from my final early am ferry arrival to a late pm flight from ATH.Nothing is too much trouble for any of the reception staff, my suitcase was stored whilst I was off on trips for a few days - so helpful & made life easy without having to lug a case. I had a variety of rooms, all different sizes from very large with balcony [view of buildings opposite] to smaller but still fine. All clean with comfy beds, fridge, toiletries etc. No noise from the surrounding area, which contains a number of other hotels and eateries.A short walk to Piraeus Cruise terminal & about 15 minutes to the metro or less for the ferries. Safe to walk to at all hours. Breakfast is available but I can't comment as I only had a coffee & croissants on the final day. other hot items...

My fiance booked the hotel for one night after reading some good reviews online. Descent hotel, clean rooms with good staff. What surprised us was the warmth and friendly attitude of the receptionist Kate. Always with a smile, ready and willing to help and give us tips where to eat or where to go for the few hours we had to stay in pireaus. We travel a lot so we have stayed in many hotels but this is the first time i felt the need to leave a review. Congratulations to the owners for hiring this amazing, caring lady that treats the customers like nobody else in there. We will recommend your hotel to everyone we know because of her! Thank you Kate for everything!! You are the best and we will see...
