everest — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

At the time I am writing this, it is not an Everest anymore but a Coffee Lab and it pains me to leave a bad review.

I absolutely love this chain of coffee shops, I've tried multiple in the city and it's the only one where I got ripped off. We asked for a iced chocolate and an iced latte, which in other places would have been 4,90. But here there was somehow a "tax on plastic cups" which raised our bill to 8,10€. We've been here for over 10 days ans never heard lf such a tax, even in other Coffee Labs.

THIS WAS 100% A SCAM.

I'm mad at myself that I didn't realize sooner otherwise I wouldn't have pay and leave the drinks there. Be careful if you are a tourist.

EDIT: After checking the Greek laws, I realized that there is indeed a tax on single use plastic items, which are the four 0.05cts items on the bill. But nevertheless, when I asked what the 3€ "FREE ITEM" was, that's when she told me it was the tax....

unbelievable bad customer service, the employ just to make my day as i was going on vocation and i did not want to ruin my good mood,was confused by my simple order 1 coffee and when i told her about my cosmote deals promo code she answered me that the code does not pass as a result of bad connection with the carrier signal and more tragic excuses ,as the promo code had anything to do with the carrier and with her denying to add the just purchased code i have given her.Even she tryed to confored me by telling me that the code is still active for another time and she has not used it for that order.Really burned freddo...

J'ai été indulgent dans mon évaluation parce que tout ce que j'avais demandé m'a été servi mais par contre, la fille à la caisse est désagréable au possible, ne fait pas d'efforts pour articuler voyant pourtant que je ne parle pas le grec, limite m'eng**ule parce que je ne déguerpis pas assez vite de la caisse. Ceci après avoir jeté négligemment le ticket et le reçu bancaire sur le comptoir... Je reviens ce soir, sachant que je m'achèterai à manger et à...
