Panorama — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

We had a fantastic dining experience at Parorama and highly recommend it. This traditional Greek restaurant, which has been run by four generations of the same family, is perched on a hilltop with a stunning panoramic view of the marina. Taking a taxi there is advisable. We arrived at around 4 p.m., when the restaurant was still quiet, and finished at around 6 p.m. as other guests began to arrive. I have already written a review one year ago. This is a very good fish restaurant, primarily for the excellent fish soup they prepare and the very fresh fish they serve. I was there to celebrate the first day of 2019 and the soup was divine. No wonder that when Chancellor Merkel visited Greece on the 12th January she had dinner there, starting with the fish soup! An incredible view is paired with good traditional food and excellent service at the Panorama. Honestly, the view is to die for, service is excellent, attentive and friendly. I've had slightly better seafood elsewhere so there's a star down only for that, but it's in no way bad or substandard, it's just not super-excellent...
