Yo mi esposo comimos un plato de camarones y sardinas fritas más un buen vino de la casa el precio que se pago fue increíble

El pescado y los cangrejos eran frescos y pagamos 30 euros en total.

La verdad el servicio no es rápido pero ellos trabajan normal no son como otros locales que todo tiene que ser rápido

No te dicen que tienes que irte a pesar que tienen pocas mesas ellos te dejan estar hay hasta que tu desees

Te dejan disfrutar del atardecer la verdad hay mucha competencia pero este lugar es único y mágico

My husband and I had a plate of shrimp and fried sardines plus a good house wine and the price was incredible.

The fish and crabs were fresh and we paid a total of €30.

The truth is that the service is not fast but they work normally, not like other stores where everything has to be fast.

They don't tell you that you have to leave even though they have few tables they let you stay there until you want to.

They let you enjoy the sunset, the truth is that there is a lot of competition but this place is unique and magical.

a lovely and authentic Greek tavern. food is original Greek/Cretian served in large portions. come hungry or you cannot make it. personnally I can recommend the grilled Dorade which is served with a vast choice of vegetables. my family confirmed that the souvlaki, the cheese-filled beef burger and also the pasta carbonara were very tasty. service is very good and friendly. while in the old town restaurants seem to be stressed with the amount of tourists you will find it very relaxing here. a very nice spot to view the sunset and relax. even if the weather is hot there is always some movement...

Sunset Restaurant has the best location for taking a late afternoon swim followed by an oozo or local Cretan beer. I particularly enjoy Karma Beer here, it’s really refreshing and hyper local. This restaurant has been a classic in Rethymno for over 50 years. Owners Mihalis and Chrissy along with their son Stavros serve up typical local fare.
