Extremely disappointing!

The restaurant looks amazing but the food lets it down. The waitress dropped a drink on the table which luckily didn’t go all over my son. It was also the wrong drink which we had ordered. The waitress didn’t seem to get Diet Coke!

We ordered vine leaves to start, several more leaves had burst open which didn’t look nice. However they didn’t taste nice.

We order two beef tagliata steak, chicken ala crème and a pepperoni pizza.

The two beef meals came with a bed of rocket, one small baby potatoe cut in half and I’m not sure if it was a whole potato, three thinly slice green peppers which were bitter and one slice of red pepper. There was no salt on the beef but it did have Parmesan shavings. The meal was like warm, potatoes was cold along with the peppers. I asked for the beef to be medium rare and it was over cooked, dry and no taste.

The chicken was a full breast and had the same asides as the main and like warm. The portions were so small we’d eaten the meal before our son had eaten half pizza. For the prices of the meals it was very disappointed. The pizza look the best of the meals.

We’ve been to lots of nice restaurants in Ixia and we have never left hungry. We spent €138 and came away disappointed and hungry!

We also ordered cocktails - pina colada which didn’t take like a pina colada. It has a lot of lime juice in it and no cocoa taste at all.

When the waiter brought the bill over I asked to look it over. For some reason he must of thought I couldn’t read. I didn’t say I could understand the bill. I felt he was quite rude.

We weren’t the only guess disappointed as others were returning their pasta dishes.

In response to your reply, clearly we’re all disappointed. Hence we have given you our thoughts which we are entitled to do. There was other people in the restaurant not happy with their food as we heard their complains and the manager went over.

I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant with my 3 friends on our last day in Rhodes, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant is very chic with a beautiful decor, and what we particularly appreciated is that it has a non-smoking section, which was very pleasant for us.

The staff was simply amazing. They were always smiling, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their sense of humor and jokes added a special touch to the evening.

As for the food, it was delicious, especially the seafood dishes. The truffle pizza was a true delight, and we were pleasantly surprised when they offered us chocolate eclairs not just once, but twice during our meal! This level of generosity and attention to detail truly made our dining experience even more special. We were pleasantly surprised by this delightful gesture, and it added an extra layer of warmth to our visit.

Overall, this restaurant will be etched in our memories as one of the best culinary experiences during our stay in Rhodes. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent cuisine, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere. Thanks to the staff for going above and beyond to make our evening...

The staff are friendly attentive and pay good attention to detail, unfortunately the food is barely average, who cooks spaghetti then chops it up when plating it the sauce was pretty much flavourless although the fresh prawns were nice if a little bit over cooked, the lamb chops also had flavour but again over cooked so a bit dry, I'm not a chef but could, and have, definitely turned out better food myself, then there's the wine red wine, chilled, even when we let warm it had no body or depth, other restaurants house wine are good to very good so good bulk buy wines are available, it's identity is also confused nice tables and chairs they have been making an effort over the last few years to bring the appearance of this place up to date, but big screen TV in a modern looking restaurant so is it a bar/sports bar or contemporary style restaurant, they did offer gluten free options so it's good they are aware of diet intolerance. Nice service let down...
