Came here after a beach day. Were seated immediately (was not very busy) and given the menu along with a sign put on our table of a 15 euro minimum spend per person. We thought the menu had a very limited selection (with no simple sandwiches, burgers or anything like gyros) and relatively high prices. We both ended up getting a salad, both fine but would not order again. After the meal we went to pay at the bar and the waiter very obviously spoke about us to his colleague (in greek) whilst we were stood there… The restaurant looked like a fun option from the outside but we were honestly disappointed, as if they are want to be “fancy” whilst there is no need, everyone is coming straight from the beach just wanting something simple.

This is the only beach bar on the beach, and it starts operating around 10:00 a.m. Since we arrived early to find a spot on the beach, we were hoping to have breakfast—but the menu was quite limited in the morning, offering only things like fruit and yogurt. At lunchtime, we ordered fish and Greek salad. The food was decent, and despite the overwhelming crowd, the staff remained attentive and kind, which we really appreciated. While the service was good and the food was okay, I wouldn’t choose to come back due to how overcrowded it gets. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the high price.

€10 per sunbed. We spent the day at the beach; the cocktails were good. Relaxing music and a sandy beach, compared to Anthony Quinn Beach. €41 for lunch and drinks for two. Parking is limited to about 30 cars, so it is best to arrive early.

We went to Ladiko beach for a whole day, realizing we didn’t have any options but to eat there, since there are no other restaurant around. This simply means they can put any pricetag on their “food”, hungry people will eat there. Anyway, we sat down, waited for 10 minutes to get the menu which was literally thrown on front of us by one of the waiters (not kidding, they really threw them on the table). There wasn’t much to choose from, and everything was expensive compared to other placeswe visited. We ended up ordering 2 chicken salads, a tzatziki (with bread which was regular bread instead of pita - watch out, they charge you 0,70€ for 2 slices and without asking they bring you 4 slices so you’ll have to play 1,40€ extra). We also ordered two lemonades thinking it was obvious we meant homemade lemonade, not bottled sugar-liquid. Whatever, they didn’t get it, okay. The chicken salad was disgusting, I couldn’t eat it. The chicken tasted terrible and unsalted, the salad had no taste whatsoever. I tried putting salt on it but it didn’t help. 8€ went to the rubbish, I couldn’t eat my food. The tzatziki was also terrible. I thought, okay, tzatziki is a safe choice, they can’t make bad tzatziki in Greece. Well, they can im this restaurant. It tasted like it wasn’t made with greek yoghurt, and the shredded cucumbed was too watery. I had tzatziki in 4 different places in Rhodes, all of them was absolutely delicious, except this. I was so angry, none of the food was at least edible! Try to avoid it if you...

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. When we entered the restaurant, there was a sign saying minimum 15 euros per person. Minimum. Unless you spend 15 euros per person they’re not going to let you eat there. And as there is no other restaurant on site, you don’t have any other choice! We didn’t want to pay the outrageous price, so instead we got takeaway food (which you don’t have to pay 15 euros for). When we collected the food it was bland and tasteless! We got the chicken fillet which came with chips and rice. The chicken was cheap and chewy and the rice and chips didn’t have any seasoning. We also got a Greek salad which was half the portion that it usually is! The menu isn’t very inclusive with nothing for vegetarians or vegans (most of it is just seafood pasta). Now onto the unpleasant behaviour of the staff. The waiter had told us that we could get what we wanted to take away from the menu, but when we tried to order from the counter the staff were quite impolite and argued back saying that we couldn’t get takeaway. In the end we did manage to get takeaway but they were still very reluctant. I have been reading some reviews and the restaurant has put some very cheeky responses. This restaurant needs to rethink their behaviour. Overall the beach is a very nice place which I would recommend going to but if you are going to eat there, either bring food with you or...

This taverna is located in a unique position on the Antony Queen bay. Unfortunately the food is bad, even the easiest plate -greek salad- is poorly done. The tomatoes were not ripe and they tasted like nothing (normally tomatoes in Greece are delicious and red, these were gree-ish/white-ish), there was no condiment (how difficult is it to use a good greek extra virgin olive oil?), so the salad tasted like nothing. Dirty water may be the best way to describe the taste of the salad. Even the feta cheese was gummy, poor quality, nothing to do with the delicious feta you can find anywhere here in Greece. We also ordered a tuna salad: what would you expect when you order tuna right on the beach of a greek island? Fresh tuna right? No, tuna in a can and the condiment was a mix of mayo and ketchup. Yes you read well: mayo and ketchup on the salad in Greece. The service was poor as well; we arrived party of 4, all the tables on the front with the bay view were “reserved” so they seated us on a table in the middle of the restaurant where we had to turn to enjoy a little bit the view when all the tables on the front were empty. When we left, they were still empty. Smart! Another party of the table ordered grilled sardines and a salad, but the sardines never arrived. This was my experience, if you decide to eat in this...
