Pizza Rio — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

2023 august: Food ok, but the cheese on top of pizza was a little salty. Food is brought as it is cooked, not at the same time for everybody as a restaurant should. Gigas pizza is huge, btw. French potatoes - frozen. Prices ok. I recommend calling ahead with the order for you not to wait. Parking - around 10 spots - it depend on your luck. Overall - ok.

Later edit (august 2024): Higher prices, as to be expected, everything is more expensive. Pizzas as big as before, but the cheese on pizza is better now. Feta in the oven is delicious (a bigger size would have been great). After order, pizza arrived 20...

I don't know where to start. First feelings were pretty nice. The view on the sea was beautiful and it looked like nice family restaurant. But then the food arrived. I personally had great food (Rigatoni-Arrabbiata) but salads were disgusting. Too much mayonnaise, giant portions and we found hair in it. Maybe it would be better to order pizza here next time, becouse I saw a lot of good reviews about it. Two stars for nice view, nice waiters an my Arrabbiata. Get better in salads...

Service in the restaurant is very bad. Waiters don't know who ordered what. Beside that, pizzas are made in the strange way: they don't put tomato sauce as a base, there is no oregano on the pizza (one of the mandatory spices), then their 'giga' size pizza is really big (60cm in diameter) but content of my capriciosa was like for 30cm pizza, very poor and bad looking.
