I loved everything about this restaurant! I really don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from. The waiter came immediately even tho it was full. All the waiters are so energetic, kind and have the best English I’ve heard in Sarti for the whole week I’ve been here. They talked to us about all the freshly caught fish of the day and even showed us each of them. They explained everything from how it’s caught to how it’s cooked. The food came pretty fast for the whole table except one thing but I knew I may have to wait cause it was very full, it really isn’t anyone fault. It was amazing and worth the wait. Every meal was phenomenal and delicious. I saw customers around us being rude to the waiters because they waited for their food for a while. That’s not right. The whole place is full and it’s never the waiter’s fault how fast the food is cooking. Restaurants here are small and don’t have enough people to make your food for 5minutes. It’s impossible. So please be kind to your waiters and know it’s not their fault. And still after people are rude to them, the waiters here were still kind in response. I strongly recommend visiting here. We traveled many times in Greece and visited both the continental part and the main islands of Greece so we are very familiar with the Greek cuisine and hospitality. It had never happened to wait 2 hours for the dinner ! We ordered 2 starters, the first one came after 15 min and the second after another 30. Not only that the three main dishes came separately, at 10/15 min distance, but also one was different than what we ordered ! Not to mention that all the side dishes were already cold when they arrived, and also the food's lack of taste. It's common knowledge that when the restaurant is full it will take longer to be served, but they should have told us from the start how long it will take. But the major disappointment was the manager, which responded with something like "we can't make/change anything now". They told us they don't have it and reccomented scorpion fish and toothfish, wich we accepted. And when we got recipient the price was 45, and 55 (per kilo) without the name of fish on receipi just 'fish'. It's not proffesional and it looked like fraud, because when we asked to show us the prices for those fishes in menu they didn't. They told as they don't have prices because there are too many kind of fish! Also the same person that served us didn't bring us recipient and he played like he don't know what is going on and just repeat it's price for fish that they have today.
