sigh My partner and I had visited this establishment yesterday evening, and we were pleased with our experience. We were satisfied so much so, that we returned the very next evening for our dinner. Unfortunately, that is when the experience turned sour. We had spent £50 including the tip, the night before, and anticipated to do the same. The female who served us yesterday, had the opportunity to serve us again today. We had brought in our reusable water bottles, as we like to reduce as much single use waste as much as possible. She seemed visually annoyed by that, and asked us to hide our water. So I asked for two glasses instead so our bottles wouldn't be an "eyesore" . After a slightly unpleasant back and forth began, we decided to just leave and take our business elsewhere. It is really quite a shame that she put up a fuss over £2 for a water bottle she wanted us to purchase. I don't think she's very good at math let alone profit margins. Read moreWe decided to go to this restaurant based on the reviews we saw in google.
It was sad to see that, at least in our case, the reviews did not reflect the quality of the food and Service.
What was good: The only thing that was great was the view from the restaurant to the beach. At the same time, there are only 4 tables that benefit from that nice view.
What was bad: The food was almost acceptable. We ordered a mixed plate of sea food. The octopus was a bit burned and the Shrimps were not clean (see pictures). The quantity was enough, however we didn't eat everything because the flavour was not good.
The service was one of the worst in Corfu. Not greek-friendly as most of the Restaurants here.
Summary: would not recommend...
