Aperitto Food & More — Restaurant in Municipality of Southern Corfu

We went to that place because it was recomended by a local. I made reservation by the phone. The guy told me that we can sit on the forth row of tables and it was ok by me. Then on the premises the owner let us to a table on the 6th row, far away from the sea. I asked why is this since on the phone we were told 4th row. She replied "Ah you've tried. But since you booked today we are full. This is your table. Don't worry". In short prbably she did not like our family of four. I do not know why. The table that i pointed to her, on our arrivel was on the forth row, made for 4 persons and stayed empty untill we left... Otherwise the food was ok. Nothing fancy but ok. Service was ok too, that's why we tipped the waiters before we left. Strange attitude of the owner was giving me bad taste and was not deserved with anything. So if you go there you get 50/50 chance of warm welcomming or being looked as a lower...

Exploring the island of Corfu in a motorhome felt like stepping into a magical fairytale. We discovered one breathtaking location after another, as if we were turning the pages of an adventurous novel. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the last day, which we spent in Agios Georgios Argyrades.

There, we found a restaurant that exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the food was simply heavenly, and the prices were so reasonable that we almost checked the menu twice to see if it was a mistake. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, as if we were old friends. Soft music played in the background, and the view from the terrace truly enchanted us.

This experience made our time here unforgettable. It was so wonderful that we are already thinking about when we can return. We hope to have the chance to relive this wonder and come back to this fairytale...

They charged us twice on the second visit and were freaking out when we asked for explanation.

The first time was good, that’s why we came back. But the second time was Bad experience! Almost like Fastfood Shop: Bill were put on the table at the same time with Foods even we didn’t ask for. They charged twice the price for the same extra item. When we asked for explanation, they said it was bigger portion, but we got the same like last time. The owner lady was freak out when we said that was same portion. She just walked away with her Freaking out. We wondered, if she didn’t do anything wrong, why couldn’t she be calm to explain and correct the bill.
