Dusty place with creepy caged parrot : run !
After visiting the archeological Park, we wanted to have diner at this place but chose to leave after our drink : the place looks filthy (stains on the table sheets, dusty chairs, menus in shambles and barely readable..).
But most of all, the PARROT's presence is what convinced us to leave : the animal is going nuts in a cage so small it cannot even spread its wings and is constantly crying for attention. To the owner's own admission, the bird never gets to go out of its cage. It feels like animal abuse and the overall vibe of the restaurant is thus pretty creepy, with prices on the menu more expensive than the average in Mystras.
People, even if you think it's cute, stop cautioning with your money this kind of practice. There are enough suffering stray animals in Greece to add the exotic caged birds...

Βάζω μόνο ένα αστέρι γιατί ο ιδιοκτήτης μας χρέωσε περισσότερα από όσο έπρεπε. Μας χρέωσε 4 ευρώ παραπάνω το ένα πιάτο (26 ευρώ συνολικά αντί για 22) και όταν του το είπα τα υπολόγισε ξανά (χρεώνοντας αυτή τη φορα διπλασσια τιμή το ψωμί και το νερό) κ πληρώσαμε 24.30 αντί για 22. Επίσης μας είπε ότι στη Γαλλία (ο φίλος μου είναι γαλλικής καταγωγής) θα πληρώναμε το νερό πιο ακριβά. Δεν είμαστε όμως στη Γαλλία είμαστε στην Ελλάδα. Πολύ ακριβές τιμές σε σχέση με άλλα εστιατόρια. Δεν αφήσαμε φιλοδώρημα.
Be aware, they charge you more than the real price. The portions are not big , the quality is ok but far too expensive. They charged everything they could and even the double price for some stuff (the bread we did not ask for and the water). You can find better in Greece.
Attention, ils chargent tout plus cher que les prix qui figurent sur le catalogue. Il nous a chargé un des plats 4 euros en plus (14 au lieu de 10), du coup je le lui ai dit et il a tout recalculé mais cette fois-ci en chargeant le pain et l eau deux fois plus cher. Il nous a dit qu en France on paierai l eau beaucoup plus cher que ça....

Bill was outrageously expensive for the bad quality of the food. All the "free" desserts were charged at crazy prices.
Card machine "didn't work" supposedly because of an outage in the whole area. There was no outage in all the other...
