Terrible Experience - Not Recommended

I recently visited this restaurant and had an absolutely horrible experience. Here’s what went wrong, in order:

No Vegetarian Options: There were no clear vegetarian options available. When we inquired, it felt as though the staff didn’t want to serve vegetarian dishes. This was especially frustrating since my girlfriend is vegetarian.

Wrong Order: I ordered a chicken gyro, but instead, I was given a chicken platter. When I asked the waiter about this, I was told that’s what I had ordered, which wasn’t true. To make things worse, I was charged more than the price of the chicken gyro.

Horrific Food Quality: When I opened the box at home, I found a literal chicken feather inside the food. Not only was that shocking and disgusting, but the platter was also poorly prepared—just chicken with lettuce and cabbage, and no tzatziki sauce.

We really enjoyed the food, but one of the regular meatballs we ordered never arrived. I told the waitress with pink/reddish hair in English that we were still waiting for it. However, probably due to a language barrier, she misunderstood and placed a new order for a meatball instead. I only realized this after I had paid.

When I said that we only received one and the first one never came, the original waitress insisted she had brought it — but she clearly hadn’t. I don’t mind paying an extra 8 euros, that’s not the issue. What bothers me is that they made me pay for their mistake and acted as if I was lying.

The meat is juicy, a blend of mostly beef with a touch of lamb, very tender, super tasty. The saganaki cheese is like a dream come true, melting in your mouth brilliantly. The tomatoes are juicy and ripe, very fresh. Everything is made with love and care, and served with a friendly attitude. The portions are huge and the prices are fair.
