Λάδι και Ρίγανη — Restaurant in Municipality of Thessaloniki

Went here for a late night snack, the dining area was absolutely disgusting. All the tables had rubbish and old trays on them and the floor was full of oil. We asked the staff to clean the area as there was nowhere to sit and a guy came out from the back, picked up the rubbish but didn't wipe any of the tables down. We ordered 3 things, 2 the staff got wrong (forgot tzatziki and added chips to a no-chip order). Meat was fatty and stale, pitta bread was stale, chips were cold. They were very unbothered about the state of the eating area, they were all just standing around chatting. Upon closer observation we noticed that the kitchen was not clean and that behind the counter the floor was full of dirt, oil and crates of canned drinks were blocking the back kitchen from the front kitchen. I went with my mom and antie to have some lunch. When we discovered that it's self service we have decided to enter and sit indoors because we had the baby pram with us. On our way in, a long electric cable were hanging out of a tent. I saw it fast and I dodged it but my mom who were just behind me she didn't and she hurt her head. One of the employers in the kitchen saw the whole situation and instead of offering his help or apologize, he made fun of my mother. The food was horrible. Cold meet, cold potatoes and the BBQ aubergine I ordered was frozen.

I was lied to by the cashier. While I was waiting on the queue, I saw that the lady who was making the pitas made a mistake - she put the wrong sauce on a pita, and when she realized this, she threw it in the trash. 5 minutes later it was my turn with the cashier.
