Bad service, bad food. Don't bother.
We ordered one wrap and one salad. The started making two wraps, so my wife reminded him what we ordered. He got angry and yelled at her, claiming we ordered two wraps. Argued for a while and finally agreed to make the salad.
We had ordered a tabouleh, hummus and falafel salad. But we got a bowl of lettuce with a pile garlic mayo on top, stale croutons, a few cherry tomatoes and some falafels. Could be the worst "salad" we have ever been served. Came in paper bowl with plastic lid, with extremely cheap disposable plastic cutlery that snapped while trying to fork a falafel.
The wrap was dry as bones. It is extremely irritating when a falafel place limits customers to only one garnish. Why would you want customers eating a dry wrap? Ordered a side of babaganoush and the server forgot about it. Maybe i paid for it, but i will never know since we didn't get a copy of the bill.
Suggestions to improve:
don't sell salads. Lettuce with mayo is not a salad.
get proper cutlery for people that eat there.
increase prices and get rid of the garnish limit. Vegeterians usually like to eat all available vegetables. It will make for a better experience overall, happier customers, and possibly increase revenue.
get servers that speak english,...
Probably our favourite vegan option in Thessaloniki. So delicious! The whole menu is vegan! We even got it a second time delivered to where we were staying and they were so easy to deal with and obliging! The second time round there didn’t seem to be enough sauce on the wraps. Maybe ask for extra sauce/hummus if your a sauce lover. But definitely recommend this place it is well...
Read moreVery good falafel. They offer three sizes, two different salads and two salsas. You can order with or without french fries. If you are looking for something different and healthy you must try it. The place is very small and they have only a big table outside so it's not sure if you could eat there. It's mostly a...
