Disappointing Experience at a Fries and Burgers Joint

We recently visited this establishment, drawn in by the promise of great fries and burgers. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, unfortunately, that warmth did little to prepare us for the mediocrity that followed.

The Burgers: We ordered two burgers, both of which fell flat in every possible way. The first was a beef burger served on potato bread, drenched in what was supposed to be cheddar sauce. Instead, we were met with a sludgy, liquid mess that lacked any discernible flavor.

The second burger, advertised as a classic beef patty with cheddar and bacon, was equally tasteless — a forgettable combination devoid of seasoning or flavor complexity.

The "Main Course" Fries: Given that the restaurant's name highlighted fries, we expected these to be a standout. They were not.

Greek-style fries: These came topped with feta cheese, peppers, tomato pieces, and black olives. Sadly, the fries themselves were undercooked, soggy, and served lukewarm. The toppings were bland, and the feta was practically non-existent — just two tiny, sad pieces that did nothing to elevate the dish.

Pulled pork fries: These were a disaster in their own right. The fries suffered the same uncooked fate, and the pulled pork was smothered in an excessively sweet barbecue sauce that bordered on dessert-level sweetness. It overwhelmed the entire dish, making it unpleasant to eat.

Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Despite the inviting staff, the food failed to meet even the lowest expectations. For a place that puts fries front and center, this was a massive disappointment....

This restaurant is undeniably beautiful—thoughtfully designed, with an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to the aesthetics. It's average at best, yet priced as if it were gourmet.

The ordering process is also odd. You place your order standing at the entrance, but instead of a self-service setup, the staff brings the food to your table. It’s a strange middle ground that doesn’t justify the high prices, especially considering that everything is served in disposable, recyclable dishes. While sustainability is important, using single-use items in an era focused on reducing waste feels counterintuitive.

Overall, you’re paying premium prices for a mediocre meal served in an impractical system. If you're here for the ambiance, it might be worth a visit. If you're here for the food, there are better...

I checked this restaurant out during my walk on Navarinou and I have to say it was the best delivery I've had in so long! Incredibly tasty veggie burger, fresh hand-cut crispy chips with cheddar and queso (flavourful but not spicy at all) sauces, generous portions. Finally, the first time I tried a crumble dessert in Greece in the style of Humble Crumble© (London, UK) and I was amazed by the flavour combinations, thank you for such a treat! My order was carefully packaged and without any fault. Delivery was professional and surprisingly quick! Will definitely order again...
