I am so sad about having to change my review for this place from 5/5 to 1/5 but I just had a terrible experience here. We came back here for our second-to-last dinner in Greece (we really loved this place). We ordered a salad to share and a dish for each of us. I am a celiac and I informed about it to the waiter to make sure that everything that I was ordering was gluten-free. The salad that we received was not the one that we had ordered and it had a huge piece of bread on the bottom. We spent more than 15 minutes trying to call out a waiter’s attention to tell him about it but in the end we just gave up and decided to not make it a problem, so I ended up not taking any salad. Everyone got their dishes after the salad but mine was taking way longer, like I was waiting for 20 minutes more than the rest of us, but I decided to wait a little bit because it was shrimps and I guessed it could take longer to cook them. Then I spent 20 minutes trying to call out the waiters’ attention but they kept on telling me to wait for a minute and they weren't coming to our table. In the end I decided to tell them that I didn’t want my dish anymore if they hadn’t started cooking it yet, but they kept on ignoring our table. Finally, a waiter came to our table and I told him about the issue and asked him for the bill. Not only he didn't apologise, but he also told us to wait a minute for the check. The minute became another 20 minutes of trying to call other waiters and being told to wait. In total we spent 45 minutes trying to pay for the dinner. One of them finally brought us the bill and we paid for it. They obviously didn't try to charge us for the shrimps because they didn't serve them, but I thought I had to tell this waiter about how upset we were feeling about the meal because I didn't get to have dinner. I felt very uncomfortable about having to tell him but he made it even worse by telling us that we should have called the waiters (we did, in fact, several times) and he thought I was trying to get him to return me some money, even though I was telling him it was not my intention, that I just wanted to let him know about my disappointment. In the end he just apologised, but had not a single detail with us. I even had to pay for the piece of bread I didn't order because I couldn't eat it hahahah. I’m so sad about this experience because the food from this place is lovely, but it is the first time in my life going out for dinner and arriving home without having eaten a single thing.

Read moreWhen we arrived, the staff brought us some bread and spreads, telling us they were free. However, they later charged almost 4 euros for it. After pointing this out, they removed the charge from the receipt.
The staff was generally helpful, but service was very slow. We waited an hour for our tsouplaki (not souvlaki) and it came extremely salty. Since we were a group of five, only four meals were brought out, leaving one person without food while the rest had to start eating. We repeatedly mentioned that we had a plane to catch and asked for the order to be expedited, but nothing was done. The staff also failed to mention if the meal would take longer to prepare, or perhaps they simply forgot about the meal. Despite the inconvenience, there was no discount, gesture or at least an apology to compensate for the awful experience.
We ordered the seafood mix with orzo, which turned out to be a bit too oily.
Additionally, we requested non-alcoholic beer, as our country has strict regulations regarding alcohol and we were going to drive there later. We were served the beer, they opened it, and we saw on the bottle it is not alcohol-free. After asking them for confirmation, they mentioned that is what the staff described as “almost alcohol-free”. Beverage prices were also extremely high compared to the quality and portion size. The eggplant roll and tzatziki and was good, but the souvlaki was burned and uncooked at the same time. We were served by around 4 waiters and 3 of them they did not, of course, know what we had ordered and we kept telling them...
