Pierasmos – A Hidden Gem Worth Stumbling Upon

My mom, sister, and I were out exploring Mykonos on ATVs when we unexpectedly came across Pierasmos, and I’m so glad we did. What first drew me in was the warm welcome from the staff—I spotted meat grilling in the back through the window, and the delicious aroma was irresistible.

Our waitress, Nectaria, was absolutely amazing. She was kind enough to offer us a sample to try before we ordered, which made the experience feel so personal and genuine. I loved that Pierasmos is family-owned, and it truly shows in every detail—from the fresh, homemade ingredients to the homemade ketchup that added an extra special touch.

We decided on the monalis chicken skewer platter, which generously fed all three of us, and the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion size. It came with fries n pita bread along with. To top it off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert—yogurt topped with these candy cherries—that was simply to die for.

Nectaria’s sister’s tzatziki was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. The whole meal felt authentic, fresh, and full of love.

We ordered our food and they brought us the water 10 minutes later, the starters took more than 25 minutes and we waited another eternity for the food, which on top of that they didn't bring us what we had ordered, since the unfriendly waitress was in such a hurry that she came to the table Super fast and it seemed like they wanted to leave at the minute, 2 people are not enough for so many tables, so the clear example is that in our face they left three tables because they had waited up to 40 minutes for two things. In another comment, the waitress pretends to be nice when she is rude because she doesn't even want to let us explain and cut us off by calling us ladies. If you are not capable of giving so many tables at the same time, don't do it. greed breaks the bag. And to top it all off, the bathroom is super disgusting, and more hygiene is needed in that restaurant if you can...

I had an amazing experience at this Family-grill restaurant! The meat was incredibly tender and buttery, seasoned with wonderful spices that created a unique and unforgettable flavor. The people there are so warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. The service was top-notch, attentive and friendly. One of the highlights was when the grill master, who is also a fantastic host, approached me while I was passing by. He kindly offered me a piece of meat to try, and it was like heaven in my mouth!
