Our server seemed to be extremely rushed and working 10 jobs at once, so I can’t knock him for that, but what I can say is that the services we received was equivalent to that of a McDonalds. This was disappointing, especially seeing many reviews about how good and attentive the service was.
The real issue was when our food came out. We had hoped for chicken gyros, but unfortunately they had run out of chicken, so we settled for pork gyros. Our food was served very quick after ordering (about 5 minutes), which was much appreciated. However, the biggest issue was that our gyros were made without the fries and lettuce. This may not seem like a big deal, but once we realized that the other people (who were locals, speaking in Greek) had gyros with fries and lettuce, we felt heavily discriminated against, as we were tourists.

Tomatoes old, chicken meat hard, fatty fries. This is somehow understandable as restaurants are struggling in Corona times with their financials. What I’m not satisfied, are the rules of mask and social distancing. Many customers go there for take-away without a mask and the owners/employees of Zaxos don’t bother to say anything...That endangers the life of other customers too, let alone the employees. In addition, the younger owner is very rude, and has the audacity to blame the banks as “biggest thieves” because of the credit card commission they have to pay…what an ignorant...
