Mango bar — Restaurant in Municipality of West Mani

We spent the day at Mango Bar on the beach in Stoupa and had a great time. It’s mid-May and they’re not charging anything for the sunbeds and umbrellas, while other places are asking 20–30 euros. That alone makes it worth coming!

We had coffee and breakfast – the omelettes were delicious and the view right on the beach made everything even better. The atmosphere is super chill, and the staff were friendly.

They have a cute terrace, but that's also their best asset. It took them quite a while before we got our starters, while we only ordered some olives an some tzatziki. We only got a very little amount of bread with the tzatziki. We ordered a bottle of wine, but never got it. They don't do the typical Greek customs as giving a bottle of water or fruit as a desert. We ware in most of the taverns in Stoupa and the food was very good, but here it was awful. I ordered a Miconos salad and inside there was more bread than vegetables. You can see the pictures. The second picture show haw much bread there is actually. My big mistake was, when I ordered steamed mussels. They looked very strange. You can see on the 3th picture.
