It's our chance to find this lovely restaurant in Lesvos. If you like pretty squares with big old trees, this is the best place to have your meal in Molyvos. I read a lot of good comments about a famous restaurant at the same square next to Nisi but they have no place to sit when we go there. We don't want to go anywhere else so we decided to have our dinner at Nisi. It's a new restaurant but it has an arty menu. We tried fillet fish with blueberries and raisin, fried chicken with honey and mustard, baked feta, lesvos salad (with dried figs) and home made fried potatoes. If you want to try just Greek food, maybe this place is not a good choice but if you want a good but also different experience, you can try this place. This young chef has its own signature on very basic recipes and this took the dishes to a whole different level. Chef comes all of the tables and asked his guests their opinions. He and his father Dimitri are very sincere and humble people. All staff is very friendly and smiling. We also tried lemon pie. It comes with a home made ice cream, it's also really good. In addition to all pf these, they have their own, organic, draft gluten free beer, what else one can ask from a place like that.... I wish I had taken more photos:(
I read comments like the place is expensive or the portions are small but trust me they have the biggest portions I've ever seen in Lesvos. This is our second time in Molyvos, we ate in lots good restaurants and "being expensive" or "having small portions" could be the most unrelated reviews for this place. We drank 2 beers, ate 2 main dishes, one big and really good salad, 2 appetizers, 2 desserts and gave just 50 Euros.
I hope we'll come and try other dishes on the menu, because my mind is stuck on the things I...

Our only terrible service and food experience in Lesbos during our 5-day trip.
We arrived at 8:10 pm, menus appeared at 8:20 pm, and by 8:35 pm we’d learned that catching a waitress’s eye is a competitive sport (she was lovely though, no blame to her).
Ouzo came promptly; water never did. My boyfriend finally stood up and fetched it himself. By then we’d befriended the next table, who were still waiting for their dessert 30+ minutes on.
During our first hour we received only ouzo and a very small, very unremarkable Greek salad. At 9:20 pm the honey-sesame ladotyri arrived: burned on the outside, raw inside. Finally, at 9:56 pm, our mains appeared. The chicken souvlaki was acceptable, the “famous” sole fish mostly notable for its oil content.
We understand busy restaurants. But this was less dinner and more endurance test with good company, average food, and a lot of waiting. The only good thing was...

In one of the most picturesque villages of the Aegean, Elias’ restaurant stands out for its simplicity, warmth, and unpretentious charm.
The atmosphere is enchanting: the scent of fresh herbs and the sea in the air, and a smile that welcomes you as if they had been expecting you all along.
The food was beyond delicious – honest, heartfelt Greek cuisine made with pure ingredients and deep love. homemade appetizers, crisp salads, every bite carried the taste of the island and a whisper of tradition.
But what truly made the night unforgettable was the feeling. Elias and his team don’t just serve food – they offer warmth, generosity, and that rare kind of hospitality that stays with you long after the meal is over.
If you ever find yourself in Molyvos, don’t miss this place. It’s more than a restaurant it’s a memory in the making. Memories have a flavor...
