Can’t speak for the food but I’m sure it’s top class like the drinks. The owner is very passionate about his business. I believe he’s an Aussie expat but I could be wrong (not very good with accents). He’s a wonderful guy very cheerful and keeps a good atmosphere. If you enjoy a lager there’s no better place, they’re ice cold and served quickly and with a smile. Nothing bad to say, complementary crisps provided and a good selection of other drinks at very reasonable prices. The house red and white are of a good standard but the main event is truly the ice cold pint. Would recommend for anyone who is into their Lager or just wants a chat and a good time. We were also treated to shots of Oueze on the house which you cannot complain about. Great little place, we...
Read moreAte here this week for a small lunch of fried squid and club sandwich. Served by a nutty waiter from Australia. Food was good. Waiter said we couldnt pay by card as the card machine broke yesterday. Ha ha ha that ol chestnut eh. Told him I wouldn't be paying then. Great food and service though. Would go back if for the...

Of the six that are five said it was the best meal so far they have had whilst here. Only the moussaka which was fabulous did not beat another taverna. Roquefort sauce they make is so moorish it is possibly dangerous. Would have been 5 stars but the pushy service and demand to pay cash at the end was a real disappointment. Such a shame when a talented chef who clearly loves to create beautiful food is let down by front of house. Really the food here would...
