The Summertime — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

You'll find it a rarity for a rock pub to survive on Laganas road. Not just does it have good music, but it's also a great place to watch sports, as they have plenty of TVs and different channels/streaming services. We even managed to watch a Spurs pre-season friendly there.

The food wasn't the best, admittedly. We ordered the double bacon burger special and the chicken burger. It's a bar, so don't expect restaurant like meals.

Popped in one day after a full day out on the quad bikes, great atmosphere, great music and great service. We all went back a few days later during one of the storm days, being a bit set back from the main road it helped the place to be a little sheltered, had a great chat with the owner who mentioned he'd owned the pub for 32 years. We ordered food while we were there because there wasn't a lot of options due to the storm and we were pleasantly surprised, the food was well cooked and tasty and we wouldn't think twice about eating...

Hadn't been to Zante for a little while was delighted to find Summertime still going strong the owner and staff are fabulous, great atmosphere, music perfect mix of rock genres, football and sports available to watch, great service and value for money, they remembered us from the past visits and we were made very welcome as on the other occasions we'd visited...big hello to Babis and Sandra...see you...
