Orient Garden
Started as a family company in the year 2000, they had a small restaurant and through experience, good service and high quality food, they have expanded their beautiful restaurant into the city of Laganas.
If you are searching for a place to eat the best variation of Asian food, especially the sushi. This is the restaurant you have been searching for.
It has a wide variety of dishes, from Cold/ Warm starters to Sushi, Nigiri, Temaki's, Beef, Pork, Chicken and Fresh Fish.
Besides alot variation on the food, they also serve a wide variation of cocktails, beers and warm drinks.
Last but not least, the waiter and the rest of the employees were phenomenal, they have such a high level of honor for you. Every single one of them were amazingly kind and knew when to interact with the guests. Also the employees were very professional when encountering the covid measurements. I think this was the only restaurant were it was top notch.
From a personal standpoint, I highly recommend the Ningiri's, they make it in the traditional way with the wasabi underneath the ( Tuna, Taco, Sake, Inari ) very well put together and with a finishing touch on the presentation of the food.
Every place has bad reviews, sadly to say, but people that gave this place a bad review are just out of their mind. They either don't know how to repect sushi and the preperation required to make it this delicious or are more of a fast food person. If you don't want to pay a really fair amount of money for this type of quality service and food, you should go to the Mac Donald further down the street.
We had such a lovely time, when we visit Zakynthos for a second time in the future. I would definitely go to this restaurant again! 10/10

Read moreFigure this Chinese restaurant out after being bored for eating Greek food continously. Wonton soup doesn't look like the picture, too much white pepper in the soup with mini tasteless wonton. The King Prawn fried rice was a let down. The fried rice is pre-made i think, it was tastless and no wok heat. Terrible to fail fried rice for a Chinese restaurant. However, the Duck Chow Mein was delicious!! The portion isn't big, just enough for a small appetite person. Nothing from the house. Even the chili oil was old and tasteless. Chili flakes were brown to almost black. On top of that, the waiter found it funny when we askes for chopsticks to eat the noodle. They gave the one time use wooden chopsticks, no proper chopsticks in a Chinese/Japanese restuarant?
Nice seating away from the noisy main street. The owners and staff were lacking of interest/passion, there is no vibe or energy here. Wonder why it's empty seats while some restaurants nearby are always full? This restaurant doesn't care -ignore when you look at the menu outside while they're not busy inside. Only when you walk in, they notice you. For the owner: hire an energetic staff to get customers in, it is situated at the clubbing street with youngsters! Offer quick fried noodles / pokebowl take away for youngsters. It's already...
Read moreI ordered the chicken curry and egg fried rice, and have never tasted so much salt in my life. I couldn’t eat my food, and politely told the waiter that I just didn’t like it as he questioned why my plate was borderline untouched. (Side note: the waiter was lovely and so apologetic even though we assured him it was not his fault). When the manager, who lured us in by deceitfully telling us they served something which was not on the menu, came over to the table i explained what was wrong. He responded with raising his voice at me and telling me it was my fault, even though everyone at our table tried the food and couldn’t eat it. He was rude, ignorant and interrupted me every time i tried to get a word in. Every response to my opinion on the food & how i couldn’t eat it was ‘so?’ and ‘everyone loves my food’. the atmosphere is also not very nice, and there is a poorly treated turtle in what looks to be a pool, with very shallow murky...
