Amazing pasta alla ruota!!! It’s not on the menu, so you should ask! Read everything to get an extra fun fact!!

Let’s start with the food. I ordered the pasta with meat (it’s not included). They mix the already cooked pasta with the cheese on the Parmesan wheel on your table, which is really great! Then they give you some spices and other things to add to the pasta! I tried everything and I can tell you that adding garlic is the BEST option. The bread was also very good! In general, IT WAS VERY GOOD!!!

Now the service. They almost took 10 minutes just to bring the complimentary bread, then another 15 minutes to bring the pasta, which I ordered fettuccine, but instead they brought rigatoni. I had already waited a long time, so I didn’t ask them to change it. They gave me a complimentary tea for the inconvenience, I asked it with honey but they didn’t bring it. So, even though they are friendly, there is a lot to work on to provide better service.

Now for the bonus: I learned from an Italian chef that you never have to mix a good olive oil with balsamic vinegar, because you will ruin the olive oil. And you should never dip your bread in that mixture; it is a sign of ignorance. So if you go to an “Italian” place where they do this... it’s already a sign that they don’t use good quality olive oil and not the real Italian way. But since my food was good, I can say for now… go and try the...

The issue we had was with the service. Ridiculously slow, our waiter was a little rude when we told him something with the order was wrong. We ordered dessert and they forgot about it so we had to...
