I'm a cook by myself, experienced kitchens all over this world and this was my worst experience for food in Guatemala. More appearance than real tasty food and high-priced additionally. Well decorated plates don't give authentic taste, it's more about presentation. The Sushi with tuna we had, was overloaded with an indefinable sweet sauce, you could not even taste that there was tuna inside. When we scratched away this sauce, a simple non tasty Sushi role was revealed. If you are interested in Bar music and drinks, the Ambia might be a fancy place to go. If you are interested in Sushi, go for an Japanese restaurant, in Indian food to an Indian restaurant, .... this place is not worse to spend money...

I dined at this restaurant recently. I ate the tomato soup, which was delicious and creamy. Then I ordered the Steak Tartar which was also delicious; it was medium rare and the steak was cooked to perfection! The horseradish mayonnaise was really tasty! Finally I ordered the Bread pudding for desert. That was also very nice, it was cooked well and I enjoyed it immensely.

The service was professional. The waiter did not interrupt my food unnecessarily and the atmosphere at the restaurant was great.

I will definitely come here...
