La Tavola - Creative Bistro — Restaurant in Guatemala City

Nice little restauran but very slow service. They do not have enough staff to accomodate all tables. Had to get up to get voffee, and had to ho outside to buy bottje of waters to drink. When we asked for water, they served half a glas of tepid water and no more. The hostess or manager did nothing to help out and just stated they onky had what they had. Knowing there was a reservation for a larty of 40, she did not schedule more personel to attend the reservation nor the rest of the restaurant. This lack of management makes the place look bad. Great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was clean and very contemporary in appearance. The restaurant offers all day breakfast which is great for late sleepers like us. A good variety of drinks including Mimosas. The breakfast menu was quite large and included healthy, sweet and more savory options. The food was delicious and the presentation very beautiful.
