Food was good, really nice sazon, decent presentation, and lots of fries. Salad was good.

Service was weird + not acceptable. I ordered a steak, was not asked how I wanted it cooked. I ordered an 8 ounce steak.

Apparently they were out of that steak, so (without any notice) I received two smaller steaks, which had a tiny bit of the one I ordered, then the other kind.

When it was served, it was well done. I don't eat well done steak, certainly not at a steak place that I went out of my way to go to based on the reviews.

So I bought ANOTHER steak, just the steak, and had them cook it blue. That was good.

I had to ask multiple times for the bill. I was brought a bill for both steaks with service fee included.

I've worked as a waiter (mesador) for 6 years and served hundreds of steaks. Never once did I serve a steak where I didn't ask how they wanted it cooked. Never once did I bring the wrong steak.

This service completely unacceptable at a steakhouse.

This place is very good ! I ordered the traditional shrimp ceviche and it didn’t disappoint! I followed it with the puyazo steak plate and it was delicious ! It was the perfect portion for me ! If you wanna grab a lite steak plate I strongly recommend...
