A very very good burger! I tried the gorda and the smash burger and both were extremely tasty, neither overcooked nor undercooked. Not exactly cheap by local standards but large portion and good quality. You can choose a larger or smaller patty for many burgers. Great selection of craft beers from several Guatemalan breweries, too!

There’s no choice of sides, just the freshly made potato chips / crisps which were not my thing. But I was plenty full with the burger tbh.

Opíparo es, sin lugar a dudas, uno de los mejores lugar para comer una hamburguesa en ciudad de Guatemala. De sus tres hamburguesas recurrentes, he tenido el placer de probar dos. "La Nueva" es, cómo su nombre lo indica, el maravilloso resultado de un experimento dónde se complementa lo tradicional de este platillo con sabores cómo tomates confitados y el queso azul. Mientras que la clásica es, un plato que va directo al grano. Una hamburguesa elegamente sencilla, que no deja nada que desear. Los tacos del lugar son gourmet, el sabor es juguetón y muestra claro su perfil. Sin embargo no son tan abundantes, cómo lo más recomendado del menú. Los mac n Cheese son una agradable experiencia y valdrán la pena tanto para chicos y grandes.
