On our third visit to this establishment, our expectations were once again set high, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our hopes.

Pros:

The ambiance remains delightful, and the presence of a kids' corner adds convenience for families with children, providing entertainment for the little ones. The tables are consistently clean, and the bright and cheerful colors contribute to a pleasant setting. The interior design, particularly the captivating coffee farmer-themed photo on the back wall, creates a genuine sense of being on a coffee farm. The espresso machine, a white Dalla Corte EVO (if I'm not mistaken), is perfectly capable of pulling fine espresso shots.

Cons:

Regrettably, the service left much to be desired, as it was unacceptably slow. The barista seemed preoccupied with a personal conversation, neglecting the prompt fulfillment of orders. Despite the reputable roaster (Lucky Cap) associated with the coffee, the quality of the coffee itself was mediocre and did not live up to expectations. The milk texture in the cappuccinos was also lackluster, as the barista failed to steam an adequate amount for both beverages, a basic skill even for a novice home barista. Latte art received a low score of 2/10, with an unimpressive, oversized blob of milk foam.

Verdict: We were genuinely hoping for attentive service and skillfully crafted coffee, but, unfortunately, it was not the case during our visit. The underwhelming experience cannot be solely attributed to the coffee beans, espresso machine, or grinder.

To improve, the establishment should consider hiring more competent baristas or providing thorough training to the existing ones. Presently, the shop does not meet the standards expected of a quality specialty coffee...

I stopped by for a coffee and a quiet place to catch up on some emails, and it was just what I needed. I ordered an iced coffee with ice cream. It was decent, although the ice cream itself could have been better in terms of flavor and texture.

The atmosphere was excellent—cool, calm, and very pleasant. I really enjoyed my time there, and I was able to work productively without distractions. There was no unnecessary noise, and the background music was perfectly chosen to create a relaxing vibe.

The staff was lovely—especially the girl who served me. She was friendly, kind, and made me feel welcome.

One of the slowest services I have ever experienced. Literally stood in from of the counter for 15 minutes whilst the lady completely ignored me and served all customers who had ordered and sat down. She made coffees and served cakes and completely ignored that I was standing there. When I tried to order she just said please wait and carried on with her own thing.
