I regret to say that the quality of this establishment has significantly declined recently. During my latest visit, I encountered several issues that prevent me from recommending this place to others.

The service was notably unfriendly, which greatly diminished the overall experience. The staff's attitude lacked the basic hospitality one would expect from any service establishment.

I must specifically mention the case of the Porn Star cocktail, where they failed to inform us about the unavailability of passion fruit at the time of ordering. This is problematic not only because it's a signature ingredient of the drink but also because such prior notification should be a basic courtesy. These small but annoying oversights unfortunately indicate the general decline in standards at this place.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this venue either to cocktail enthusiasts or to those looking for a pleasant atmosphere to spend their time. It seems that quality service is no longer among...

Wouldn’t reccommend. We sat down got the menu and ordered a beer. The menu had many delicious options. We all chose from the menu. When we ordered it turned out they had none of these... in fact they only had 3...2 pasta’s and fish and chips. We chose the fish and chips with onion & pickle relish. We got it served; the onion & pickle relish was also out of stock.. we paid 10 euro’s for a bag of lays chips/crisps with a Breaded cod straight out of the freezer. The glasses had chips of glass missing. The staff was also unfriendly. We decided this didn’t deserve a 10 procent tip. Surprise surprise; they already added the tip on the bill... this place uses cheap tricks to get money from customers. Only upside is the interior of upper floor; very well done. But a marriage with a pretty person doesn’t work if the inside is rotten...

I have been here twice, and in my experience the location is great, the food is decent enough, but the service is terrible. My recent experience was so bad that I probably never will go back. We waited around one hour for two burgers and i frequently asked what was taking so long especially since all the other tables that got there after us got served, the waiter said "two minutes" every time (They gave away our order I think). When I went inside to talk with them they told me that I just had been at their restaurant for 15 minutes. I payed for the drinks and...
