Rizzo Pizza Pizzéria és Étterem — Restaurant in Esztergomi járás

I've been very Regular customer to this Restaurant, often visited with my many friends and family also regularly ordered pizza to my home.

But Now I stopped going to this restaurant, I do not order any pizzas from this place after i found they are WORST and CHEATING they only wants your money.

1 rating is too much for their very bad service. I had very bad experience.

1. On 11 Feb 2019 @ 21:00 ordered pizza to home (Sirtaki) I requested extra Onion for the pizza.

2. They delivered pizza after 30 mins, when i checked found these things There were NO MORE ONIONS on it In the entire 32cm pizza had 2 CHICKEN pieces. They charged me nearly ~300 ft for extra Onion but they did not gave extra onion at all.

3. I spoke to one guy in pizza shop asked him where is ONION in the pizza "I have asked for more onion" he said he don't understand me.

They putting extra charges on the bill and CHEATING BY not providing good service.

NOW I STOPPED GOING TO THIS PIZZA SHOP AND THEY CHEAT US WITH INCORRECT BILL, BE CAREFULL.

"I ALWAYS GAVE THEM VERY GOOD TIPS AND I ALWAYS ORDERED MORE FOOD FROM THEM" NOW NO MORE BUSINESS WITH RIZZO.

I have found very good service pizza's from just less than 100 mis away.

Today (05.05.2024), after my 35 day cut we had an amazing lunch at Rizzo Pizza. I had to say, this was the best food choice to make. The service was amazing. The serving boy was very helpful, not sticked to the menu, and let us change basically anything in the order, even making us a sugar-free lemonade. I orderd a blueberry lemonade, which was full of fruits. While I was waiting for my Fantasia Pizza (Garlic-sour cream base, mozzarella, chicken, broccoli, feta cheese and fried egg) the lemonade served as a small fruit salad. I was in Italy multiply times, and a lots of pizzerias there and around the word, and I have to say: this was the best pizza I ever had in my career. The pasta was thin Italian pizza dough and was really crispy. The toppings was in a amazing balance, and after my first bite, when all the flavors met, I was genuinely shocked. In the pizza, almost everything was perfect. The only thing, that wasn't right, was the pizza temperature. Don't get me wrong, it was hot, but not like it's just got out of the oven. This amazing experience at Rizzo Pizza, made my whole day, I can only...

We went there 4 of us. After more than 1 hour of waiting we had to remind the waitress about our order. She seemed truly surprised and disappeared for another 10 minutes. Eventually we received our food, but... boys ordered gyros plate and it was totally cold. My food was delivered without complimentary baguette. I had to ask about it. After another 10 minutes I received... pickles. After another 10 minutes finally I received 4 pieces of old baguette which was horrible dry. I checked the menu and I realized that the cheese is missing. Had to ask again and wait another 10 minutes... how is it possible that gues must to ask and control if food that paid for is fully served? It's ridiculous! Not recommend this place to nobody unless you want to wait unacceptable amount of time and receive poor quality food with horrible service on the top. So...
