I love everything about this place. There’s no English label anywhere, but the staffs are very helpful. I noticed that most of the customers seem to be locals, and they order different items. I had croissant and caramel donuts. They were amazing and I just had to come back even though I’m just in Iceland for 10 days. My trip started at Mosfellsbakari and it ended at Mosfellsbakari :) I’m very satisfied 🥰

Surprisingly, they have one of the top 3 cappuccino in my opinion❤️‍🔥 which I really recommend.. And of course the bread. First of all prices were really friendly! The one I got, vínarbrauð (friendship bread?) was really sweet, but delicious. Crispy at the edge with filling (nut paste.) Cinnamon bun was ok. Nothing special but is huge enough for 2 meals..

Popped in here twice on our trip. Great bakery with amazing pastries and sandwiches. Reminds me of a really nice farm shop on a small scale, lots of high end local produce, including chocolate made by a brilliant local chocolatier! If you're in the area and looking for a light breakfast / lunchtime sandwich, be sure to pop in!

Surprisingly, they have one of the top 3 cappuccino in my opinion❤️‍🔥 which I really recommend.. And of course the bread. First of all prices were really friendly! The one I got, vínarbrauð (friendship bread?) was really sweet, but delicious. Crispy at the edge with filling (nut paste.) Cinnamon bun was ok. Nothing special but is huge enough for 2 meals..
