This beachfront restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, especially after sunset, with a focus on seafood. While the food quality varies, the restaurant's location and ambiance make it a worthwhile dining option.

Pros: Beach View: The restaurant boasts a clear view of the beach, providing a scenic dining experience. Family-Friendly: The small kids' play area makes it suitable for families with children. Ambiance: The restaurant has a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. Seafood Options: The live seafood tank and display of iced fish allow guests to select their own seafood. Improved Evening Dining: The food quality is notably better in the evening compared to daytime.

Cons: Limited Parking: Street parking may be inconvenient, especially during peak times. Outdoor Dining Challenges: As an open-air restaurant, it can be dusty and may attract insects.

Conclusion: If you're seeking a beachfront restaurant with a family-friendly atmosphere and a focus on seafood, this establishment is worth considering. While the food quality may vary (average at day time and good at evening), the scenic location and enjoyable ambiance make it a suitable choice for a meal, particularly in...

Pathetic service.

We were 6 family members, visited this place and being pure vegetarian, it was a bad experience. We also had a driver with us who was non-vegetarian.

  1. We ordered “Honey Chilli Potato”, they literally given that 😂 … boiled potato fingers mixed with little honey and chilli sauce…nothing else

  2. We ordered “Burnt Garlic Noodles”, again it was literally same….boiled noodles topped with some burnt garlic…nothing else…even no sauce….just a white coloured boiled noodles.

  3. We ordered Paneer Pizza, it had okay type taste and when we asked one more pizza since it was only dish which was eatable, they said their oven got damaged now.

  4. My father ordered “Dal Fry and Bread”, I also tasted the same and it was very poor.

  5. We all ordered “Cold Coffee”, everybody was satisfied with the taste but my Mother was not and when we also took a sip from her cup, we realised that she was right..I think milk was not good for her coffee.

  6. We later asked our driver about food and he was also not satisfied. He tried to order some sea-food, which was not available and whatever he ordered, he could not finish because...

Based on the reviews on Google, we went to this restaurant for dinner on our last day at Kanyakumari but was highly disappointed. The food taste was average with no local flavours. The dishes they had were what you would get at any place in a known town or city, same Indo chinese cuisine like schezwan fried rice, manchurian dishes which was not appetizing. We ordered grilled fish which was half a seer fish and the cost of it was Rs.1000. The fish though fresh lacked any flavour.

What put me off was the fact that we had also ordered a Mixed platter of chicken, fish and prawn. When they served it to us they didnt mention that they had included only chicken. When they noticed us checking the platter for fish and prawn they came to us and then informed that they changed the mixed platter order to only chicken platter as they didnt have fish and prawns to serve. This slyness on their part was bad. Did they think we wouldn't know the difference between chicken and prawn? Avoid this...

Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff remained polite and accommodating, patiently taking our orders. We opted for a variety of dishes to cater to everyone's tastes. For our spice-sensitive child, we ordered chicken noodles without any pepper, which was prepared to perfection and suited her palate perfectly. Additionally, we ordered chapathi and chicken mughlai, both of which were satisfying. However, the standout dish of the evening was undoubtedly the chicken majestic – a true delight that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the restaurant. To complement our meal, we also enjoyed refreshing glasses of lemon juice, adding a zesty touch to the dining experience. The service was efficient, and the staff's professionalism was commendable.

I would like to meet all the people who reviewed 5 star to this place... In which place are you people living on earth... If this food is 5 star, then you people need to get out and see the world, and eat some REAL FOOD. Ever ate half cooked grill chicken? If not please visit this place, best raw chicken al faham. And so crazily horrible, that you would never forget this food... Capeista Al Faham - just chicken with no spices, well painted in green color, and slowly half cooked to keep the aromatic raw chicken smell. You can't taste anything like this ever, because it's tasteless. Al Faham in real - ❤️ Never thought one could go this terribly wrong with grill/tandoor dishes.
