Resto Bar — Restaurant in Agastheeswaram

I hope you are doing well. I visited your bar recently and enjoyed a few drinks and food with my friends. However, while reviewing the bill today morning, I noticed a discrepancy between the items I consumed and the total amount billed.

Here is a breakdown of what was ordered: • Foster Beer – 2 units • Foster Malt – 1 unit Total for drinks: ₹1150 • Mutton Dish – ₹388 • Non-veg Side Dish – 2 units = ₹157 Total for food: ₹545

Overall total: ₹1695

However, from my rough calculation, the correct total should have been around ₹2045, considering the prices. It appears that ₹350 worth of items were not included in the final bill. This might have been a manual oversight or entry issue.

I’m bringing this to your attention not as a complaint but just to ensure proper billing and transparency for both the guest and your accounts. Kindly have a look at the order entry or KOT for verification.

Good resto-bar but they are not digitalises yet, they don't use upi transactions like gpay, Paytm or phonepay.. Only use cards or cash. So please be aware entering here without card or cash. I didn't had both as nowadays everyone use upi. Finally I transferred money to person who was seating on next table via gpay and requested him to pay.. If he didn't agree then it was a bad situation for me. They should inform earlier that they don't take upi transactions in...

Food was okay, the service was not very friendly. In addition it's pretty pricey here and after we paid Rs. 2800 for 4 people, they charged us Rs. 100 cleaning charge after we accidentally dropped a beer bottle.

Absolutely unacceptable, a so called "Bar" should be aware that these things can happen from time to time. Not a good service...
