NOVELTY RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Agra

Worst restaurant ever!!! Too pricey but quality of food sucks! The waiter who served is a shame to the hospitality community. Our orders for 3 fried papad was a royalty delivery,we were given jz 2 papads and the 3rd papad did not even reach our tables. When we asked for some onion slices n green chillies as is complimentary with every Indian meal the waiter told us to order for a salad!!! When our orders came we were served ice cold bowls of rice and when we asked for it to be warmed he started justifying it's cooked jz now. The bowls,spoons n plates served were stained and dirry N the best part we found 4 -5 strands of steel wool in two bowls of rice! If tourists are recommended this restaurant don't go if u don't want to get sick. What a manager, instead of apologizing he simply said "JUST GO! " NOVELTY restaurant...

Service is bad..Had ordered chicken Biryani and chicken fried rice .To my dismay it had only rice with no or very very little chicken pieces.charges are exorbitant..on the top of it charging Gst and expecting a tip..only two service boys..kept us waiting to take the order for more than 30 minutes and another 30 minutes for food..when asked to switch on the AC he had whole lot of excuses..washrooms are not good at all. Would recommend a strict no no..instead opt for dhabas...

3rd class place, got stuck to this place without checking review. It was recommended by a toto driver( i hope he might got his commission based on customers).

I ordered veg food, rice was yellowish. Dal was not good. Gravy was not good. Total waste of time food and money. Gravy was over expensive for such a cheap restaurant.

Service was 3rd class. Plates were not clean.
