Taj Restaurant — Restaurant in Agra

I have never found this type of mismanagement which I found in Taj Restaurant Agra. This premises is managed by center government who have failed drastically in every aspect. We have ordered Tea and sandwich while our family visit at Tajmahal. We were able to place our order after 15 minutes as milne was available to take the order. After placing the order we have waited for around 25 minutes till the time tea and sandwiches arrived. (I don't understand how tea and plane sandwich can take 25 minutes while restaurant was almost empty?) Though food was ok but service was pathetic. At last I went into washroom and saw it was in worst condition as was able to find water everywhere on floor. Have not seen even public toilets in that bad condition. Yes they have staff to manage all things but no one want to work. I have raised a complaint for wet floors but no one was looking to solve the issue. Mind it this is a place which is just outside Taj mahal which comes under ASI and obviously 7 wonders of world. Many foreigners visit this place daily. Don't know what kind of india ASI...

This is one of the worst restaurant you can find in Agra. People like me go there assuming it would at least be ok to relax for a while with some edible food option. However you are in for a surprise treat : 1.food tasted like anything but food 2.prices are so high as compared to the quality and quantity of food served , you can only imagine A cup of tea costs 25 INR but it was just a cup of sugar syrup with a dash of tea 4.butter chicken was ...I don't even know what it was 5.they only have bislery water which costs 50 INR 6.Water glass was so dirty that when you pour water, you can see sediment and particles float around ..At least I was fortunate enough to witness it Then we had the washroom without locks in door and I won't even start on the unhygienic condition of the bathrooms

I don't have any problem paying money when it is required but this is a daylight robbery.
