Had bad experience with the person in reception. We ordered buffet lunch for my mom other , noodles for kids, and 4 tandoori roti and chilli chicken for me and for dad . While waiting for the dishes my dad tasted a roti from mom's plate. Then that man came and insulted us saying no sharing allowed. And he brought the bill for one more buffet and put it on our table, even though we had already paid for buffet and other foods .All were watching us .He Was very rash and rude. Mom and Dad stopped eating... My poor Dad rushed and paid the new bill in shame. Our full day was lost in shame. All the rest food we ordered was of no use. We couldn't...

i am regreting for organising a small function in this hotel felt very embarrassed in front of my guest. so many problems we faced air conditioner was not working properly in so many rooms and even in party hall. we complaint for lots of time to manager he said - main kya karu subha se sabke AC hi theek karwa raha hu. staff is very rude they deny straight forward for any help or service when we ask them. we ask them for bringing table for cutting cake they said - ye hamara kaam nahi hai. so many embarrising moments we faced in front of our guest. never ever book this hotel for any function they'll spoil it...

We visted the Agra and went there based on reviews.For outsiders like us..... Its on Fathebad side ..Its NOT Exactly opposite to Hotel Double Tree....BUT about 100 meters ahead. They SHOULD PUT up boards guiding visitors to the resturants. Its a decent resturant with Very Good service. Food was lovely , you can customize to your taste (Less or more spicey).And service was perfect...The Guy who served as Mr Satya Parkash was very very courteous. Price...
