Second Visit in October 2021: Since its been almost an year since i had a bad experience here, thought i will give it another try. Missed the mark second time as well.... The starters were good but they served us biryani which had hair in it. I immediately took pics and sent them to Mr. Naidu who is the head of AB's for Telengana and AP. Sadly, nothing could have been done though. I blamed myself for wasting my time and money when i know that they are bound to disappoint. Mr. Naidu, sorry but, this was not expected the second time as well.

First visit: Booked a table for two as it was the anniversary. It was our first outing after lockdown and we were really looking forward to it. When i called to book a table, They offered no contact dining experience and we were told that all we need to do is order from our phone(through a web page) and the food will be served by a waiter. It meant that we dont need to move from our table and nobody has to risk being infected. An honest review: The food was amazing as usual and we loved the fish amd the mushrooms. However, We ordered pani puri, dahi papdi, rabbit meat and butter naan and all from the phone web page. But none of them came to us cos that page doesnt work. Since this was an issue, everyone kept getting up from their places to collect food by themselves. This led to a lot of people (without masks) crowding at the food tables. I was completely disappointed cos i thought this would be a no contact dining experience. Even though we did not finish our food, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit while there were so many people crowded all around us without any masks. We had to unfortunately leave early cos the crowd was so huge and everyone was touching everything at all the food counters. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we had to get out of there without even getting our anniversary cake. This visit was not worth it...

Update: I spoke with someone at Absolute Barbecues and all they could do was just apologize. I need atleast half my money refunded for the disgusting experience. Not an apology!! Service by Raj was excellent! He is a really nice person who clearly explained everything. Other staff members were also very professional and polite.

But one thing really really disappointed us. When we were going for the main course, some people standing and eating right by the section were blocking it. That was okay. However, we found they were adding food on their half eaten plates while keeping the dirty plates right on top of the container they are serving. One person even spilled some of his food in the container. Its disgusting. I hope you can understand how it feels. We are charged around 800 a person and this is NOT the kind of food quality expected. I've requested someone in your team to put a small notice asking guests to not use dirty plates while serving. They obliged politely. Nevertheless, our hard earned money is wasted for choosing such a pathetic place. I am leaving vizag today but this will never be my choice of place for a buffet.

Dum biryanni had no chicken. No desserts offered. No gulab jamun until requested. The cold stone ice cream is a joke. Main course as stated was spoilt by others.

Poor guy at the ice cream counter had to handle so many guests all by himself. You should help him by assigning 2 people there. He was very polite but it's not cold stone as it states. It's just plain ice cream with...

My favorite place to hang out for unlimited veg and non veg has always been Absolute Barbeque whether it's Hyderabad or Vizag. Recently been to Vizag Absolute Barbeque and felt homely for the courtesy extended from the security personnel to the stewards. Had an amazing opportunity to interact with the chef who attended each table to find out if they require any modifications in preparations. Well mannered and polite staff.

My favorite has been the barbeque prawns and deep fried chicken leg pieces. Special attraction was spicy barbeque fresh pineapple pieces. Rates are very reasonable compared to ordinary hotels.

One point to note is, both Gachibowli Hyderabad and Dwarakanagar, Vizag Absolute Barbeques are located on the top 4th floors nevertheless lift facility is also available.

Price of Buffet differs with that of peak and normal days roughly 100 bucks.

But, Vizag branch do not adhere to our booking timings. I booked for 11.30 am and reached at 11.15am as per their instructions but had to wait till 12.10pm to reach my allotted table.

Other than that everything is perfect.

Best part is Birthday or Anniversary is offered to celebrate free by the AB management with a fresh cake 🎂, Happy Birthday song sung by the staff which really brought tears in my eyes.
