Don't be deceived by the good rating on Google. Here are some do's and don'ts if you want to have food here. Do's Wear good clothes Talk in English I've seen people who did above two things get good service. You will be ignored otherwise Don't Sit at the corner tables. The waiters here are CORNER BLIND Be kind and gentle to the waiters. They'll take you for granted and your order will be served an eternity later.
I saw the good reviews on Google and came to this place with my family thinking that I'll have good time here.
We sat at the corner table and the waiter was quick to attend us. We placed our order. Even after 30minutes our order was nowhere to be seen. After follow up we received half of the order. I had to go and follow up again to get the rest of the items. Finger bowl was not served even upon request. One item we ordered was not served but was included in the bill.
Not a pleasant experience. This place doesn't even deserve a one star for the way...

Pala thalikalu are half cooked.. pooris are good but given curry for that is worst. All curries are full masalas and can't be eaten satified. Tomato munakkada is not upto the mark. Carrot curry or fry couldn't make difference... Ulavacharu, sambar and rasam was served after request. Nothing is tastier. Even road side mess are serving better than this so called high class new star hotel. They need to reframe their food taste standards. Major part is service... We need to beg for everything and call loudly as they through to last leap of the hall for a smaller group of two to three people. Sofa seating is too low for elders to sit. Read moreVery bad service...they actually change the menu and say that they don't have this and that....very bad experience...we asked for thali they said its not available...then aftr 5 mins they gave the thali to other guests when we asked about it they said tht they are md's guests....they are out right cancelling the items,citing reason as it takes time to prepare...they literally suggest you to order something else....or they will say its unavailable..... Ps: food and taste is really awesome...but only tht cant make a good restaurant .. the experience and hospitality should be good....and pls don't act as if this is the only busy restaurant...
