MY WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE WAS DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY BY Domino's Pizza, Ground Floor KK Towers.

I strongly suggest anyone who read this review dont spoil your appetite by visiting this Dominos store. . . Pizza hut served be better than this Dominos store.. wish i could give a minus rating for this Dominos store ... i have ordered a Pepper Chicken Barbeque Pizza Regular size with Classic hand tossed and took away the Pizza right from this store.. since i was driving i started eating after 2hours of taking delivery... The Barbque Chicken pieces in the pizza smells worst like it is rotten long back... i cant explain how worst the smell is .. I have raised a complaint and Mr Rethan who is Asst Manager with 2yrs of experience called and started saying that Dominos pizza or any other pizza is meant to consume with in 30mins... What an extraordinary resolution given by 2yrs experienced Mr Rethan... I have called them the next day like im placing an online order and i made the one who took my call to check with the cook if their chicken gives out rotten smell after 2hrs.. They conformed me that chicken doesnt smell good but pizza may change in its taste....

Such a mismatch between store's AsstManager and Cook... I wish i could upload the call recordings as well...

Terrible Experience at Dominos, MG Road Vijayawada

I had a very disappointing experience at Dominos on MG Road, Vijayawada. The toppings on all the pizzas we ordered were noticeably less than expected. The Indi Tandoori pizza was especially disappointing, as it didn’t include all the toppings it was supposed to have. There was hardly any paneer on each slice, and they completely left out the red pepper, which completely changed the flavor of the pizza.

When we pointed this out, particularly about the lack of toppings on the corn pizza, the staff responded recklessly and dismissed our feedback. To make matters worse, a server (whose picture I’ve attached) pulled the pizza arrogantly off our table without any explanation or apology. This kind of behavior reflects a serious lack of customer service and respect.

Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dominos outlet. They really need to improve their staff training and attention to quality. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

P.S: Although they remade the pizza, the service was still unacceptable. Being rude to customers is never excusable, and it has left a lasting...

Taste was the best of all franchise's even in vizag i didn't got the satisfaction compared to here. I ve been here for several times. I suggest you to strictly Try the INDI TIKKA chicken Pizza with LOADED CHEESE you'll not regret. This franchise lacks proper ambience. Forget about the AC it never worked. It was attached with the KFC, so one can make a choice. It got Huge Seating Occupancy but the Reception is at its worst. Orders were not given on time. The staff do unnecessary Hungama, these all happen because they hire less members in the kitchen. I went into the kitchen they got very less equipment for making pizza's. Only one Oven was found moreover it isn't big enough. There was a time where they made me wait for 1 hr 15 mins for a Regular size pizza. They made the pizza but forgot to give it to me, they should be penalized for what I received but cleverly the always take the payment by Prepaid. They got idle Staff in more number better to fire them and...
