I had an extremely disappointing experience with the cashier at this outlet. Despite asking for the same item three times, the lady at the counter went ahead and started billing without paying attention and ended up billing the wrong item. Still, we paid the amount that was shown on the bill without any fuss.

Later, when we went back to get a few more items parcelled, she billed again and gave back incorrect change. When we pointed it out politely and showed her the discrepancy, she was rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she said, “So you won’t give the amount for the previous bill now?” I reminded her that she was the one who billed it wrong, and she unapologetically said, “So what if I billed the wrong figure? I deducted it here.”

I made it clear that it’s not about the deduction, but about the way she was speaking—completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I told her she should have at least communicated properly about the mistake, she doubled down saying, “It's no one's fault,” and even implied I should just leave by saying, “Get lost, it’s not your fault or my fault.”
