Heritage Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I ordered Takeaway yesterday. The person taking the order himself was showing a high attitude when I enquired what exactly the dish was. After I got the Takeaway and reached room, not one dish matched the Order. I ordered Jeera Rice but got Pulao, ordered dal Makhani, it was missing. I ordered Paneer butter Masala I got mixed vegetables Curry. I ordered butter naans got half cooked still raw aloo parathas. I ordered baby corn started got gobi.. it almost seems to be deliberatly done. How can the order go wrong on all the items. On top of that they were about to Bill me extra when I was making the payment. They placed two curd rice instead of one jeerar rice. It is not the same tycoon I once used to visit years ago.

When I called hoping for them to take corrective action, they apologized and excused themselves saying they got off duty. Later I realised Jeera Rice was also Pulao. Not wanting to walk ask the way there and family members to were hungry we just had some Pulao. This bad service...

Tonight we had dinner at Heritage hotel which serves veg food exclusively. We were a family of six including two senior citizens and two children. The moment we sat at the table, we realized that the air conditioner has been set at a really low temperature. We immediately requested the hotel staff to increase the temperature. The food too was getting cold in minutes after it was served. Even after requesting at least 5 times, nothing was done about the air conditioner. After 20 minutes, my mother in law started shivering so badly that we were forced to leave our dinner and rush her outside the hotel. The hotel staff was not cooperative. They were least bothered about our problems. Completely inhuman. I wish that I could give it zero rating. Overall it was a horrible experience. The hotel is overpriced and not at all worth trying. Taste is not worth mentioning here. Nothing great. Not worth...

Just now went to this place for evening snacks and coffee ....ordered for a plate puri and was served with nan (so thick was the puri) and the curry was not the routine potato and onion curry but was served with some thing else which doesnt suit the combination and is also not at all tasty. Next part is coffee .....never did i had such a coffee any where in my life such a horrible coffee was served by the captain ....and when i said that the tiffin was lime that and the coffee is so black and worst in its taste he was kind to replace the same and he brought another cup of coffee but from the same container and obviously it will taste the same .....the worst taste ......your people need some training i belive ..worst experience never did i have such an experience though i visited this restaurant many...
