KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Everytime when I order, I never mentioned to add dips and they add dips which is of fifty rupees. They don't give the dips and we have to argue with them to get a bill and when I demand the bill then they mention that dips were added mistakenly. This happened more than thrice. Worst staff A BIG FRAUD. How can they mistakenly add everytime and everytime they won't give bill and we have to demand them for bill.

I have never noticed this with any other branch this is the issue with KFC opposite RTC Complex Visakhapatnam. I AM NOT SURE IF THE ISSUE IS WITH STAFF OR MANAGEMENT ITSELF IS LIKE THIS. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING PEOPLE FOR THE PRODUCTS WHICH THEY HAVEN'T ORDERED, NOT EVERYONE WILLCHECK THEIR BILL AND THIS IS A REGULAR PRACTISE IN YOUR BRANCH. A BIG FRAUD TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND WORST BEHAVIOUR. SUCH A CHEAP TRICK.

2 nd point staff is not at all bothered about customers. 10 people were waiting in queue and staff is super chill and chit chatting among themselves. PATHETIC STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT AT ALL UPTO THE MARK OF KFC. BRANCHES LIKE THESE ARE BAD NAME FOR THE BRAND KFC. FOOD IS ALSO NOT AT ALL HOT AND NOT GOOD AT ALL. Worst food worst branch and the...

Looked like a dump yard. No professional ethics. Lazy executive staffs. They are denying card and UPI payment. I don't know in which world they live in. There is no hygienic at all. They are spoiling the name KFC. I was fortunate to get a space in 1st floor near so called air conditioning. But other customers were looking for the same but the space has no options for AC. In the ground floor, they have installed 2 acs but none of they are in working condition. About food ,masala can be clearly seen in the chicken, not properly cooked. Too much oily. I had ordered chicken strips and it looked like chickens are suffering from polio. Sizes were very small. Last Wednesday I visited to another kfc in rr nagar bangalore, and I showed them pics and talked about the quality and quantity (size of the strips) and were speechless. They had nothing to talk about. Floors were dirty.Not maintained at all. Kitchens were dirty also. Not happy about it. I suggest you to not to opt this place those who follow my review...

DON'T TAKE AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THEY CHEAT!!!!

This store cheats people when you take away. Today we bought 2000+ worth items and all are dry and below the standards. Pathetic taste. This is not the first time but they have been doing this for a long time. There should be a quality check raid by KFC establishment or other govt. organisations. I will be writing to KFC international about his store.

Also on weekends, they act like their swipe machines and GPay/PhonePay are not working. They force us to pay in CASH. This is another unethical business tactic they use.

This is something I have been observing for many years since they put put this store in RTC Complex.
