Domino's Pizza | Arithang, Gangtok — Restaurant in Arithang

I had visited the Domino's next to Hungry Jack in Gangtok on 28 Jun. I wanted to order a large size pizza. However, I was told that the stock for large size pizza was not available and I had to order two medium sized pizza instead. As I understand, even the pizza bases are prepared along with the pizza, I could not comprehend as to what was it because of which I could not be served a large size pizza. When I tried to reason it out with the staff, I was told that I could come have come earlier if I wanted a large size pizza. I do not understand what did they mean by earlier, because I had visited the branch at 12.35 pm (in the afternoon). In case this specific branch does not want to serve large size pizzas because of reasons best known to them, they should take it...

I want to slam on faces of Manager of thos store who is running the service. Their online delivey serivce is very third grade. They are taking the service for granted for the people of Gangtok. I ordered two times Pizza and in last one week and everytime they took 2 hours !! to deliver the food. They are shameless not to talk about free pizza when they crossed delivery time of 30 min. If they don't have capacity to handle the requests and maintain ETA, why should they accept the online delivery ?

Really they are champion to be World Most Third Class Pizza Delivery Store. Never order online...

Dominos pizza's are great, they have multiple varities of it and quite tasty too. But the difference i found between this and others is that it is located just next to the taxi stand and is quite accessible for a quick bite. The service is good but the waiting time is long due to many orders and sometimes it takes about half an hour just to get your hands on the pizzas. Overall a good experience. The only con is that the cleaning process is slow and sometimes you have to ask them to kindly clean the table instead of they noticing it and cleaning...
