I recently visited Café Coffee Day in Beltola and wanted to share my experience. Here's my review of the café:

Dr owner I really don’t want to say this but i have to reveal what i go through while i visit your cafe ,pls look after your staff it’s very unprofessional, try to keep some professional or train them how to handle customer i enter your cafe multiple time but no changes. The service starting from order till last it’s worse . The service that your cafe provide is very poor and rude staff , No smile no sweat talk no proper welcome ,no value at all!!! While taking order also one staff name DEBAJANI DAS is very rude and she use to talk on her phone while taking order and didn’t take order properly . About payment also she make it very difficult .she told me that she will accept only online payment not cash at least even she don’t have change also we can figure it out together . while we have our food in front of your counter your staff turn off the light and told each other to ON only when customer ordering . Out of 10 I giving you 0 star rating

And also in front of me your staff chasing one customer in front of everyone outside your store and asking payment again that she already paid . I hope you will also get her Review soon...

The Frappe we ordered was not edible. It seemed like the milk was spoiled and tasted awful. One of my friends somehow managed to gulp down half of it but couldn't any further. The rest had a few sips and decided to leave it. I finished the Americano thanks to the fact that it's just water and coffee. The photo will tell you how much my friends could drink. While one of the male staff was finding it hard to communicate and was confused most of the time, the female staff was borderline rude. Instead of blaming them, I should blame the owner because the lack of training basic skill sets of hospitality was evident. Whoever the owner is, please don't reach out to us to compensate for the negative review. Instead, kindly put some effort to uplift the skills. This is a great place in terms of the vibe but dissapoints in every other aspect whatsover. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism. The place has been there for ages and we would hate to see it...
