The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Assam

I recently ordered a blueberry cheesecake waffle through Zomato, and what I received was a complete disappointment. The waffle I received had absolutely no cheese in it and was nothing more than a low-quality, greasy mess filled with an excessive amount of blueberry jam. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and feel like I have been scammed!

To make matters worse, when I reached out to complain, the restaurant provided a feeble explanation that they didn't have cheese available. If that was the case, they should not have accepted the order in the first place. This level of poor service is simply unacceptable.

Not only did they fail to provide the product as advertised, but they also refused to offer any compensation or resolution for their mistake. This kind of disregard for customer satisfaction is highly disappointing and speaks volumes about the restaurant's lack of professionalism.

I strongly urge others to steer clear of this establishment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this...

Best and very unique itinerary as Belgian Waffle the first and only Cafe to serve these lovely and delicious creamy crunchy creations in the town... If you are in Jorhat Assam then you must visit once and try some of their range of waffles..... I tried their red velvet waffle and the triple chocolate waffle....Triple chocolate was quite heavy while the red velvet was on another level taste wise.....Also try their Blueberry Cheese cream waffle my very favorite...Very friendly working staff and neat and decent place to have a bite along with your friends , family and loved ones...Good place 👍 And try to visit the place in person and enjoy the waffle instead of ordering home or self pickup to home....Real taste comes when it's hot and crisp(...

I recently visited The Belgian Waffle Co. and had a mixed experience. The food was decent — the waffles were fresh and tasted good, though not particularly standout. I'd give it 3 stars for food.

Service, however, was below expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and the wait time was longer than it should've been, especially given that it wasn't very busy. For that reason, I’d rate the service 2 stars.

As for the atmosphere, it’s a cozy little place with a casual vibe, perfect for a quick dessert stop. Nothing too fancy, but pleasant enough — 3 stars for the ambiance.
