Shame on you nuts and brew ! This is directly to the management and so called bouncers ! Or anti - NATIONALS ! If you are an Indian and support Indian army you would never visit this place again ! The people who guards your border merely get a chance to party in civil ! I along with my husband (officer himself)and two respected officers visited this place recently! After the dj stopped, I wanted to drink some water , and as we waited, the bouncers kept coming to clear the place ! P.S. the place was still crowded! One of the officers also requested that we would leave in two mins ! And as we awaited at our table, a bouncer came , and started pushing the officer. Ridiculous behaviour turned into fist fight! This was not needed ! The officer even showed his icard! They said “ we don’t care you in army or defence!” There were 10-12 people hitting , pushing the fellow officers ! The officers were not drunk , and they were with a lady ! They could have shown the bouncers their right place , but they backed off because of me ! Watching patriotic movies or supporting soldiers from your couch won’t help ! Living a soldier’s life is difficult! If you really want to support Indian army, I demand apologies from the manager and to kick out those bouncers for good ! Rest like the bouncers said , they don’t care whether it’s army or defence ! SHAME ON YOU guys ! Being from Assam myself , I really feel bad that officers from all over India had...
Read moreVery disappointing experience, yesterday we went to the club to celebrate a friend's birthday and unfortunately, my friend was groped by a man inside of the club. The security when intimated replied with a mere "if you can't show us the man we can't help you". We paid entry fee to enter the club and expect a certain level of security and safety from the organizers. I understand, everyone gets drunk in a club and there is chaos all around but when you host an exclusive party, the safety of your guests is your responsibility, and I don't care how you do it you have to step up to the situation and not dismiss it by saying if you cannot identify the man and other nonsense of the kind. You have to have cctv or more bouncers and have eyes on each and every person in the club, it is your responsibility and you failed to do your due diligence on your part. I have been a regular visitor to your club and it had been a pleasant experience all the other times but it takes one foul experience to stop me from recommending your business to any known contact I have. You must see to your security and if you are hosting exclusive parties taking entry fees you ARE obligated to see to their security, especially young women who are vulnerable to such incidents. Absolutely disappointed and utterly humiliated by this incident and I wouldn't wish this experience...
Read moreDropped by Nuts & Brew in Guwahati on Sunday evening, and it was a pretty decent time overall. The food was a mixed bag. I got the Chicken Makhani Pizza (₹549), Chicken Tikka (₹399), Churros (₹399), and a Spicy Watermelon drink (₹399). The Chicken Tikka was juicy and packed with flavor—loved it. Churros were crispy perfection, and that Spicy Watermelon drink? Super refreshing. But the pizza was a letdown—too oily, though the taste wasn’t bad. Oh, and the prices? Ridiculously high for what you get.
Service, though, was a big plus. The staff was really welcoming, which made the vibe chill and friendly. Also, huge shoutout for serving free water—such a rarity these days when every place tries to upsell you a bottle.
The ambience totally won me over. The red theme is so cool and cozy—loved the vibe. They’ve got a rooftop too, but it was closed because of possible rain, which was a bummer. The in-house brewery is a neat touch as well—adds some character.
Heard there was a DJ night kicking off at 10, but I had to bounce early, so I missed it. Too bad, sounded fun.
All in all, Nuts & Brew’s got great service and a killer vibe, but the pricey menu and that oily pizza? Meh. Still, I’d probably...
