Spectrum Bar — Restaurant in Assam

Spectrum Bar Located at Hotel Shoolin Grand.Located at the finest hotels in town, this place is extravagant and made pretty decently incorporating things well as it’s a bar. The entire area is huge and one can easily access. I am writing this review pretty lately but eventually I was there with two of sisters few months back. We had a great time ! Food and Drinks was marvellous and also the music was good. Coming to food I had tried their fire prawns which was deliciously great and something very new in Guwahati. It’s s total steal the show moment ! Infact the taste was very very delicious, it’s something very tempting flavourful. The chicken malai tikka was my another favourite. The red wine sangria was really great and served in a completely different presentation. The baked chicken lasagna was also cooked well with correct amount of authentic Italian flavours & taste. The cheese balls were also cheesy and crisp cooked well. We also had chicken skewers I guess , that was again a big big thumbs up ! The staff was very gentle and humble. Service is good and on time. Over all its a perfect place to hang out with decent prices. I personally recommend it’s a place one should surely try and specially the food is deliciously yummmy ! That’s my favourite...

Wow what a place I have visited after such a long time, starting from its countryside looking environment to it's fingure licking food and must say the wide range of its affordable price list whether the licquer or food and the service, you'll enjoy every bit of this place. One of the best places in Guwahati to relax and chill in the evening. The food is great. Have been going there for many years now, but yet the quality of food is still the best. But, what’s better than their food is their hospitality, which I personally feel is best in class. They define the true meaning of hospitality business.
