Visited this cafe once and enjoyed the ambience including the food. We then again decided to visit this place on 31st July, 2024 to have an evening brunch. We ordered ARABIATA (red sauce) PASTA and a chocolate mocha shake. A waitress who took our order got confused with Alfredo (white sauce) pasta, even after repeatedly mentioning her our order for 3 times. However, we were served with ALFREDO PASTA, we then immediately reported to them about the mistake and within 3 mins our pasta got replaced. But, next time we were served with PINK SAUCE PASTA, which we did not order. We again reported to them about the mistake and after 10 mins we were again served the VERY SAME PINK SAUCE PASTA. Even after mentioning them that we wanted ARABIATA PASTA, the waiters knowingly lied to our faces about the food and served us PINK SAUCE PASTA. During billing, it was clearly mentioned in the receipt that the order taken was ALFREDO PASTA. This shows that the order taken was a mistake by the staff and moreover, they try to fool their customer. Though the money wasn't charged, yet the way to mislead a customer by serving a wrong dish was not at all a professional behavior. Mistakes are ok but acceptance is more important. I hope you will improve and not repeat the same...

Located at Downtown, opposite Pantaloons on the first floor of Pragati complex

Its a small cafe with both outdoor and indoor seating arrangements. The outdoor arrangement offers a view of the busy G S road.

Seating capacity : 20-22 max

Food : Variety of options available here ranging from pastas to sandwiches and burgers I tried Mushroom and corn pizza- large ( 8 slices ) along with a Hot chocolate beverage. It was good enough.

Drinks : Only Non Alcoholic beverages available here

Washroom : Neat and clean washroom on...

We went there twice and this is a very genuine review!

The vibe of this place is great. We tried Envo special Chicken and Tuna Sandwich, Teriyaki chicken and chicken club sandwich.

They are doing a great job with the sandwiches. But the sandwich we have had on our first visit was way more flavorful then what I had a month later. The flavours of the teriyaki chicken was missing making it an average dish on the menu.
