yeterday night (27/2/23) we have ordered Lassoni Vegetables, Dal Makhani, Garlic Nan, Pudina Roti. It has been delivered in 20 min @ 08.10 PM. we have had half of the quantity, as it was more for was. by 10.20 PM, I have started feeling very uneasy and pain the stomach. I was surprised by the immediate reaction of food and my physical discomfort. Normally if there is a food poising, it may take 3 to 4 hrs for any reaction. Here I got immediate and then I start to vomit very violently !!! Normally it requires some efforts to vomit if you have unbearable stomach pain, even in hospitals they give salt solution for you to vomit. Being in food industry from the past 37 years, I was surprised by the reaction, all i can think was kitchen staff make white sauce, onion sauce, makhani sauce in large quantity for ala carte menu. But lack of food safety norms by management, they keep the sauces pot outside from morning to evening and when the restaurant closes, then they keep again in the fridge !! I believe this could be reason for my problem. the same sauce will remain for long on room temperature and then again put inside in fridge. this procedures has all the chances to create trouble for customers. Being in the industry i normally will not visit North Indian, Chinese restaurants, as I know the management and staff lack of understand of food safety and proper process to run a restaurant in safe and healthy way. Yesterday was my bad day, after nearly 8 months not eating these restaurant. I normally eat only a monthly once in Udipi restaurant, that that to just Idly.
